Reviews and Ratings
Our family trip to this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were spacious, but the dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive meals and long queues. The location was rather isolated, making it challenging to find nearby restaurants or activities. On a positive note, the pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained, and the entertainment team offered fun activities.
This hotel has its ups and downs. The animation team was fantastic and kept us entertained, but the overall dining experience was quite disappointing with limited options and unappealing food. The rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable, though the service left much to be desired, with rude staff being a major downside. Price-wise, it felt more like a budget stay than a luxury experience.
I stayed at this hotel for ten days and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the pool area was spacious and well-maintained, which was perfect for relaxing. On the other hand, the dining options were quite disappointing and often repetitive. The staff, although friendly at the pool bar, seemed to struggle with communicating effectively, especially with guests from different countries. Overall, while the pool was a highlight, the frustration with service and food left a lot to be desired.
I had an interesting stay at the hotel which offered a variety of activities and entertainment. The pool area was definitely a highlight, very spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. However, the dining situation was rather disappointing, the food being repetitive and not as great as expected. The room I stayed in was okay, but faced the rear and had quite a noisy view which made it less enjoyable. Overall, not quite the luxurious escape I had hoped for.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite mixed. The amenities were great, especially the pool area and spa treatments that offered excellent value for money. However, there were some issues with the service and dining options that could use improvement. It’s ideal for families looking for a spacious and comfortable environment, but it fell short in terms of food variety and drink service.
